ttree, and put it onto Template::Config. This is not well-tested yet;
specifically, 'require AppConfig; AppConfig->import(":expand");' might
not work as I intend.

These are commited on a branch named dlc-read_config-branch, which was
branched from the HEAD at a spot tagged dlc-read_config-base. If/when
this gets committed to HEAD, use the 2-j form of cvs update:

cvs update -jdlc-read_config-base -jdlc-read_config-branch
